If we cancel a photo session, will we be charged a fee?
Cancellations after an official order will be subject to the following cancellation fees. On the day of the shoot: 100% of the plan fee.
From 7 days prior to the shoot to the day before the shoot: 50% of the plan fee. 15 to 8 days prior to the shoot: 30% of the plan fee. 16 days prior to the shoot or more: no charge.
How will cancellations due to COVID-19 be handled?
We will accommodate unavoidable cancellations due to COVID-19 or natural disasters flexibly.

What is meant by photography location? Where are the photos taken?
We offer six outdoor locations carefully selected by our professional designers. Please choose your favorite location from among them.
※If you would like to have the photo session at a designated location, such as a place with special memories for you as a couple, we can offer a different plan. Please feel free to inquire.
How long after we decide to get married should we take photographs?
You can have a photo session at any time you like. Depending on when you take your photographs, they can be used in a variety of ways, such putting them on the welcome sign or wedding favors when taken before the ceremony or on New Year’s cards and greeting cards when photographs feature seasonal scenes such as cherry blossoms or autumn leaves.
Can we take photos with our own smartphones or cameras on the day of the photo shoot?
Yes, you can take photos with your own smartphones and cameras.
※We may ask you to refrain from doing so if it interferes with photography or the progress of your session.
How long does a photography session take? What is the schedule on the day?
It takes about 2 to 3 hours (rough estimate) from when you arrive at the reserved salon to the end of the session.
Schedule: Arrival at the salon → Hair and makeup, dressing → Transfer to the location → Photo shoot → Transfer to the salon → Change clothes → End
※The time required may differ when you choose to wear an optional second dress or in other cases. Please contact us for details.
Can we bring our own items for the photos?
Yes, you can bring your own items for the photos.
※Only items that do not damage or soil the costumes or violate any laws are permitted.
Is there anything we need to bring with us on the day of the photo shoot?
For dresses and tuxedos, please bring the following items.
■ Bride: Underwear with detachable shoulder straps or bustier and flesh-tone pantyhose
■ Groom: Solid white T-shirt or tank top and white or black socks
※All wedding accessories not listed above are included in the plan.
What happens if the weather is rainy when shooting at an outdoor location?
When making a reservation, you will be asked to register two or three available shooting dates in advance.
We will check the weather forecast and contact you the day before or the day of the shoot to discuss rescheduling.
Can we take photos with our children, parents, or pets?
You can do so as long as you take photos with your own cameras or smartphones (during the shooting time only).
※Only the bride and groom are allowed to be in the shots taken by the photographer. *We offer different plans for photos with children, parents, or pets, solo weddings, profile photos, and commemorative photos for Shichi-go-san (Seven-Five-Three) ceremonies, coming-of-age ceremonies, and more. Please feel free to contact us.
We are busy at work and will not be able to attend advance meetings.
Can we come only on the day of the photo shoot?
You do not need to come to our salon in advance.
Reserve your favorite location, items, and shooting date and time from your smartphone or computer, and come to the salon only on the day of the shoot.
※We offer separate options for those who would like to try on dresses or have a makeup rehearsal. Please feel free to contact us.
